UI and Connect Commands

uplink ui [--port <n>] [--listen <addr>] [--token <t> | --token-file <path>]
uplink connect <host> [--json]

ui serves the embedded desktop UI over HTTP. Non-loopback listeners require a bearer token.

connect is the explicit Direct Connect beta command. It attempts an Iroh peer path for an eligible shared private app, otherwise returns an edge fallback.
