Bandwidth

The management stack includes OTLP-to-ClickHouse metering and dashboard surfaces for usage. Edge metering is metadata-only: counters, byte totals, latency/status/method buckets, auth failures, and non-OK/security events.

Plan tiers and bandwidth packaging are product-planning documents in this repo, not a CLI-enforced billing workflow. The product plan centers on monthly bandwidth included by tier plus overage/upgrade paths.
