uplink connect

uplink connect <host>
uplink connect <host> --json

uplink connect requires login. It resolves the host against tunnels the caller may access, attempts the direct Iroh path, and returns either a local proxy URL for a direct connection or an edge fallback URL with a reason.

It never rewrites normal Uplink URLs and never intercepts public traffic automatically.
