The repo’s monetization plan describes Free, Pro, and Team Pro packaging with bandwidth as the clearest usage axis.

Implemented infrastructure includes edge metering and dashboard DTOs for usage/analytics. Billing enforcement and plan administration are product/control-plane work, not local CLI commands.
